Experienced in toolmaking and plastics injection moulding TB is an engineer who works with a high degree of precision. Coupled with his last two years of shutdown and technical maintenance work on a geothermal plant, his mechanical skills are broad and of a very high standard.

Skills & Experience Summary:

• Toolmaking, machining and machine maintenance (including line boring on site), works to tolerances up to 0.005mm
• Maintenance, diagnostics and repair of processing equipment, workshop machines and injection moulding machinery
• Shutdown maintenance of geothermal plant, including turbine refurbishment and generator replacement
• Experience with maintenance and rebuilds of pumps and hydraulics
• Use of lathes, mills, CNC and EDM machines
• Dogging and rigging of mobile and gantry cranes (up to 60t) and heavy equipment in tight spaces

• NZ Certificate in Mechanical Engineering – Toolmaking (L4)
