JR has worked in supervisory roles, mentoring apprentices and overseeing team operations with a strong focus on health and safety. He is confident working on high-risk sites requiring strict adherence to isolation and permit-to-work procedures.

- Experienced in commercial electrical maintenance, fitouts, and construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical isolation, LOTO procedures and permit systems
- Experience working on secure and complex sites (eg; prisons, wastewater treatment plant)

- Effective supervisor/team leader and mentor for apprentices
